Rental Information 

Larry’s RV Rentals are travel trailers which require a bumper hitch or 5^th Wheels which require a 5^th wheel hitch.  Larry’s RV does not rent Motor Homes or Pop-up campers.  Rental rates are based on 4-day rental, weekly rate or monthly basis.  The number of rentals is limited therefore we suggest reservations be made well in advance.  This is especially true during holidays or special events. (E.G. Memorial Day, July 4^th, We Fest).  We welcome customers to preview all rental units, but please call ahead to make sure they are available for viewing.  To make reservations or to request more information please call 218-233-2434 Monday ~ Friday.

Rental Policy:

1. A minimum of 4-day rental which consist of four (4) consecutive days.
2. Our rates do not include set-up fees, delivery fees and/or service charges.
3. Rental pick-ups and returns must be done Monday ~ Friday (9:00 am to 4 pm).
4. All rentals units must be reserved with major credit cards.
5. All rental charges must be paid in full at the time of pick-up or prior to delivery.
6. The Renter must provide his/her own insurance on the assigned rental unit coverage must include both collision and liability.
7. The Renter’s vehicle must be properly equipped for towing…a 2 5/16” ball hitch is required for all travel trailers and a 5^th hitch for all 5^th wheel units.
8. The Renter must supply his/her own linens, dishes, etc.  Rental units to not have televisions.
9. The rental unit must be cleaned inside and out, all personal items removed, and waste tanks emptied prior to return of the unit. If not a $95.00 fee will be charged.
10. No refunds for early rental returns.
11. Cancellation notice must be given 48 hours in advance or the Renter will be charged a cancellation fee of $200.00.  If a renter does not “show-up” for the scheduled rental the cancellation fee will be charged.

 

All rental travel trailers and 5^th wheels have the following:

• Range top with oven
• Refrigerator
• Microwave
• Stereo/radio
• Air Conditioner, Furnace and water heater.
• Awning
• Full bathroom
• Fresh water tank
• Grey (waste water) and black (sewer) waste tanks.
• City hook-ups (electrical, fresh water hose for city water and a sewer hose).
• Battery for 12-volt system
• 2 – Full LP gas tanks
• Chemicals for waste tanks/with biodegradable toilet tissue.
